Jim and Tonic (Newington Causeway)

Jim and Tonic was founded by, well, 'Jim' in 2016. A man who loved G&T's, even growing up in the 90s when he used to sip Gordon's and Schweppes with no ice and a scabby bit of lemon to garnish. Jim's love affair with gin became a business when he decided to renovate his old vintage Peugeot van into a mobile gin bar. Before long, 'Jim and Tonic' had opened a permanent gin bar in Elephant and Castle, before launching it's own brand of gin from it's onsite distillery behind the bar.
