Ok so technically this isn't a sandwich, but it's pizza which is basically the best kind of open sandwich. Also...when is pizza a bad idea? Happy Face have all the classics and can do a gluten base for those who roll (their dough) that way.
Feeling like a sweet treat, they do a Nutella pizza (for those so inclined) or an awesome tiramisu.
