I just found out that 'elnecot' is the first recorded name for Ancoats, which is pretty cool, right? If you know Manchester, you'll know that it's one of the hippest parts of the city and Elnecot's vibe is spot-on and plenty of different vegan options including this gorgeous vegan shakshuka pictured. Heard they do a great roast, too!
